My computer won’t boot up and the only way to fix it is to buy a new one. I can’t afford a new computer so I need someone else’s help and know they would be willing to give it for free. There is probably some sort of website where people post what computers they have that are not being used of that would be of any use to me. A website where I can request or offer my services as a Computer Repairman or just ask for someone else's help in fixing the problem. This site seems like such an easy place for me to start looking!
A bug killed my laptop and now all my music, documents, etc. are gone, and my laptop is inoperable. I need help getting all of that information back and if someone could fix my laptop I would give them $100, $200 or even $300 dollars depending on the amount of work involved. A little bit ago, I received a laptop from a friend that was not in good condition. I tried to get it running but it did nothing. When I plugged the battery in, I got a green light on it for about 5 seconds then went off. It did not charge over night either. It is not the battery. The laptop has a power button symbol on it with a line going through it and a line going out of the circle at the same time, which means that there is power going to at least one of the connections. I have tried to take it apart and see if there is something wrong but I do not know how. If someone could help me get the laptop working again, I would pay them $200 dollars or more depending on the amount of work involved. Or I would be willing to trade an extra battery for my laptop, which came out of my own personal laptop. There is nothing wrong with it, except for the fact that it no longer fits in my laptop. It is for a Sony Vaio VGN-NR38GD Laptop. The battery that I am offering you is a 6 cell battery, which should give this model around 7 hours or more of time compared to the 4 cell one.
